Admissions
In order to be admitted, you must have attained a job within one of the districts we serve (Cambrian, Campbell Union, Franklin-McKinley, Lakeside Joint, Luther Burbank, Moreland, and Orchard). You must show the Human Resources department of the district you are working for proof of having a preliminary multiple subject, single subject credential and/or an ed specialist credential. From there, the district will inform the Induction Consortium Coordinator that you are joining our program through a signed eligibility form that they have you complete and sign.
For private schools, you must have attained a job within one of the partnering private schools (see pages 30-33 of the 2022-2023 Handbook). You must send an email to the induction consortium coordinator requesting for a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), and a mentor application. Upon completing the MOU and mentor application, then you must submit completed forms to the induction office.
